Notes: The Winnetka Bible Church will mark its 100th anniversary with a special service and banquet March 14th. The Rev. John Warton, previous assistant pastor and Malcolm R. Cronk, pastor from 1968 to 1971, will speak. The church was initially organized on March 12, 1904 as the First Scandinavian Church of Winnetka. Centennial committe is chaired by Laird Vernon and includes John and Betty Deahl, Gloria Dvorak, Tom and Grace Terril, Carrie Ann Schmitt, Suzanne Karls, Bob Nickel, Claudia Petersen, Peter Jaggard, Rozik Kashian, Betty Frazer and Ralph Greenhow.
