Mrs. Helen Roesner, 85 years old, and for the past 30 years a resident of Wilmette, was found dead in bed last Tuesday morning at her home at 155 Prairie avenue. Funeral services were held Thursday morning from St. Joseph’s church and burial was at Memorial Park cemetery. Mrs. Roesner is survived by one son, Charles A. Knobel, 204 Wood court, and by a granddaughter, Mrs. William Burns. Mrs. Roesner had been active in church work for many years and was well known to many of the older residents.
