Hold services Thursday for little David Comfort

Funeral services for David B. Comfort, 12 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph C. Comfort, 812 Prairie avenue, were held Thursday afternoon, March 22, at 2:30 o'clock, at St. Augustine's Episcopal church. Dr. Hubert Carleton, rector of St. Augustine's officiated. Burial was at Memorial Park. Members of Wilmette Troop 4, Boy Scouts of America, David's own troop, served as Honor Guard at the services.
David passed away Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Evanston hospital following a brief illness.
He is mourned by a host of children at the Howard school and in St. Augustine's parish. He was president of his class in the Seventh grade, a member of the Glee club and otherwise prominent in school activities. He was an enthusiastic member of the Boys' choir at St. Augustine's church.
David is survived by his parents, a brother, Edwin, and a sister, Josephine.- Featured Link
