Notes: Arthur M. Solomon, 70, a resident of Wilmette, died April 7 died of cancer in his home.

Mr. Solomon was born July 6, 1933 in Brooklyn, N.Y. In 2001, together with his wife Lois, Mr. Solomon was one of the founding members of Citizens Action League for Mallinckrodt. Survivors include his wife, Lois Solomon of Wilmette; his daughter, Elizabeth (Jeffrey) Hubbard of Denver, Colo.; his son, Adam Solomon of Los Angeles; four grandchildren, Frances and Wyatt Hubbard and Theodore and Nicholas Solomon; his sister Mimi Sheraton; and his nephew, Marc Falcone.
