- Karl J. Pape, 804 Ridge road, Wilmette, died last Saturday [26 Jun 1958] at the St. Francis Hospital. Mr. Pape, 69, came to Wilmette 40 years ago from Deusseldorf, Germany. He is survived by his widow, Catherine Schwall Pape, four children, Mrs. Evelyn J. Hentrichs, 1829 Holly avenue, Northbrook, Mrs. Mary Ann Bates, of Oak Lawn, and Henriette M. and Elizabeth M. Pape who live at the home address. Mr. Pape also leaves two brothers, Ewald, of Downy, Calif., and Lawrence, who lives in Germany; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Walters, who lives in Wisconsin, and Mrs. Margaret Travaglini [unclear], Chicago; and six grandchildren. Interment was in All Saint's cemetery.
