Gayle E. Maloney, 55, died Saturday, July 30, 2005 at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

Ms. Maloney was born in Evanston.
Besides her husband, Putnam L. "Chuck" Crafts, Jr., she is survived by her father William A. Maloney of Winnetka, Ill. and three sisters, Jennifer O'Brien of Palm Beach, Fla., Karen Cimino of Modesto, Calif. and Maggie Raynard of Glenview, Ill. She was the proud aunt of 14 nieces and nephews.

Perpetual Help Church, 111 Claremont Road, Bernardsville, NJ, at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 6.
