- Sam S. Dingee, 116 Park Ave, Highland Park published a letter in Lake News responding to criticism by Harry G. Colson, 1116 Elmwood Ave., Wilmette. Colson is a candidate for Village Board, opposing the incumbant, Mr. J. I. Couffer. In Dingee's letter, he refutes Colson's allegations that the incumbant and trustees have been corrupt or remiss in their duties. Dingee also denies allegations that he is corrupt.
