We are not chemists, but, of course have had some experience with this gas. We note that it is es pecially had ~hen the choker is out, or the carburetor too rich; it has little odor but makes the eyes smart and causes violent headaches: otherwiae it is not harmful in a reasonably large and reason~bly ventilat · d space. We conclude that a healthy person need have small worry on account of this gas, if they will observe a few common sense rules, as follows: Don't run the car in a closed garage-in other words, open the gara ge door before starting car and shut off car before closing door. ] .. of Cle,·e l:> nd: Pet··r ] ., of~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Wi~.; Lou :s, of Evanston; George co nd Joseph Jr.. of \Vit T I 1tc. and !>even daun-hters, Mrs. Tillie Ho·h of \Vilmette; Mrs. Harry PatriCk ot \Vintt>r G<>rrlen, Fl<1.; :\frs., 1(.
