And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever." Among the citations which comprised the sermon was the following pertinent selection from the Bible: "I made me great works; I builded me houses; I planted me vineyards: I made me gardens and orchards, and I planted trees in them of all kind of fruits: Then [ looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labour that I had laboured to <lo: and, behold, all \\'as vanity and vexation of spirit, and there was no profit under the sun" (Ecclesiastes 2:4, 5, 11). The vote this year \vas ·less than one half of the tot.al last year, when approximately 3,200 ballots were cast, town ship officials explained..
