He will discuss a theme whtc~ will challenge the attention of every ti1in king man. Considerable interest has been aroused by Dr. Harry Emerson Fosdick's late st book "The Modern Use nf the Bible." This volume now forms the topics for discussion in the Men s Club Bible Class in the \Vilmettc ~[ethodist Episcopal church. Village Green. The program runs from 1 o'clock in the afternoon until 9 o'clock in the evening. Activities conducted there at present are playground ball, baseball, horse shoe and tennis. Plans are being made to hold tv. ·o horseshoe tournaments. A junior tournament will be held for those 15 years of age and under, and another for seniors, or those over 15 years of age. The junior tournament - will be held on Monday and Thursday afternoons, the senior tournament on Tuesday and Friday evenings. The tennis tournament starts next week. All those interested should get in touch with "Hap" Gathercoal, it is announced. Regulation shoes will he worn on the courts and regulation rules will be observed. The courts are in good condition. Two of the finest tennis courts of this region are to be opened to the public on these grounds soon and will probably be in constant use.
