A. to Enjoy 1nteresting program January 11 Ice Rinks Busy as Weather Man Jlurnishes G'old The ice rinks which the Recreation hoard i:-~ building in the three sections of town. \rr:-;t. ct>ntral and east. have heen accommodating record breaking crowds during the past two weeks. Thr rinks at the Village Green and adjoining the Congregational church were in excdlent sT1apc for the crowds on Christmas dav, and the ice was kept in good shape throughout the rest of the Christma~ holidays. People who pat'ronized t h c s e rinks congratulated the · Recreation board on havin~ the best ice the village has .e ver had. This was borne out bv the fact that from 1200 to 1800 peopic patronized the two rinks every day. If the weather turns cold and stays cold for a while all three rinks will he in first class shape for the crowds expected this next week-end at the lee carnival. The Recreation hoard has made an agreement with the weather man to have good ice on the rinks as long as he furnishes them cold weather.
