The manager of the cluh is Kermit B. Beasley, a member of the Wilmette Baptist church and now a sophomore at Shurtleff. Beyrer, local radio dealer, for the benefit of the pupils of the school. The set is especially used in "listening in" on the Oberndorfer music memory programs which arc broadcast weekly over station W~AQ, Chicago, in preparation for the Music Memory contests which are to be held in Orchestra hall, Chicago, tomorrow. Scouts to Plant Trees on Library Premises The Boy Scout troops oi Wilmette arc uniting in a special event to be held Saturday afternoon April 9. at 4 o'clock, when two trees are .to he planted on the Wilmette, public library grounds. It is to be a public occasion, the time of a monthly inspection of troops, and is expected to attract a large group of parents and friends.
