More than 1,600 children, between the ages of. 10 and 17 years, wer.e ·.entertained at the Howard and Stolp gymnasiums on HaHowe'en Eve and according to Chief of Police C. W. Leggett, no · act of vandalism was .perpetrated by any child attending the party, whjch continued from 7 until 10 o'clock.
