C. Renneckar pharmacy on Lake avenue, formerly . occupied by Dr. E. F. Christie. The dental clinic and other service features of the Center win · be held in the new home as in the previous location in the past. The dental clinic is held each Tuesday morning between the hours of 9 and 12 o'clock at the Center. The baby clinic, also a feature of the Center's work, will be held as previously at the Central school each W edne'sday between 3 and 4 :30 o'clock in the afternoon. Miss Margaret B. Larson. The growing interest among young people in the sturly of orchestral and band instruments has prompted the formation of this new feature in con· junction with the Little Symphony, according to the sponsors. Instruction is to be given at headquarters of the orchestra at 218 S. Wabash avenue. The following instruments will be taught by members of the Little Symphony orchestra: violin, viola, 'c.ello, bass, piano, harp, flute, oboe, clarmet, bassoon, horn trumpet and cornet, trombone, tuba, timpani and percussion instruments, saxophone and banjo, as well as all the band instruments in general use. Director Larson, a member of the orchestra, has enjoyed wide experience in the music school field. Mrs. E. John Hicks, Melrose avenue, entertained her luncheon and sewing club on Friday of last week. The next meeting will be with Mrs. Edwin Hedrick.
