The Golden Text was from Proverbs 3 :9, "Honour the Lord with ~by substance, and with the first fru1ts of all thine increase .... Among the citations which comprised the lesson-sermon was the following from the Bible : "Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly · all things to enjoy· laying up in store for themselves' a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life" (I. Timothy 6 :17,19). The lesson-sermon also included the following pas'sages from the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," by Mary Baker Eddy: "That which material sense calls intangible, is found to be substance. Snydacker, Chestnut avenue, left Kenilworth on Wednesday for New York City and Boston to be gone two weeks. In New York she will join her daughter, Miss Clara Snydacker, who is engaged in newswork in that Baseball practice will begin at New Trier High school in the n·e ar future, when basketball practice is over, according to Coach Ashenbach. Batting practice will precede the regular team practice. Drills will be held throughout spring vacation. A fine schedule has been drawn up and . a number of good games are expected.
