June l, 1928 WILMETTE HEADS GIRLS' CLUB The honor bestowed on Miss Elizabeth Kelly of Kenilworth last week at New Trier was a very distinctive one. By being elected president of the Girls' club she represents the choice of 800 girls and is head of the most important girls' organization in the high school. She was elected unanimously. LIFE 19 Kenilworth Neighbors Make Fortnightly Visit to Vets A group of members of the· Kenilworth Neighbors visited Great Lakes hosp\tal last Monday to make the boys happy with a generous contribution of suits, tinderwear, and shoes. The committee announces that if anyone has a victrola to contribute it will bring many hours of cheer to these disabled veterans. Men's clothes and suitcases are always acceptable. · The next visit to Great Lakes will be on June 11, and members of the Neighbors and their friends are invited to go on any of these fortnightly trips.
