Dr. Frank Bohn of the New York Times, one of tbe highest authorities on international questions and one who has had intim~te contact with nations and people all over the world, will review the facts and forces entering into the problem of prevel'ltion of war and give appraisal of the merits of the Kellogg plan. Another speaker to be announced wi11 speak in criticism of the outlawry idea. The discussion hv the speakers will be followed by- the usual questions by the audience. New Trier French Club Makes Plans for Year Le Cercle Francais, the French club of New Trier High school, recently elected the following officers : Martha Etzbach, of Winnetka, president; Bob Hertel of Winnetka, vice ·president ; Mary 'Forrest, Winnetka, secretary; and William Gibson~ of ~il mette treasurer. Several mterestmg meeti~gs are being planned this year for the French club. The club expects to present several French plays.
