Mr. Tubbs, in company with Dr. Arnold Kegel, representing the Chicago Board of Health, recently made a trip to Toronto, Can., to interview health and school officials in charge of the health . program there. They also visited some schools and health centers where the actual work was in operation. Before returning to Chicago Mr. Tubbs ·spent a day in Detroit visiting schools. and another at South B~nd, Ind., a city which has received the national trophy for doing the most effective health work among school children.
