February 22, 1929 WILMETTE ATTAINS SCHOOL HONORS Miss Rose Flentye, who is attending the Ward-Belmont school in Nashville, Tenn, has been chosen by the entire student body to take the part of George Washington and represent the school in the annual George Washington birthday dinner which will ·be held on February 22. This is quite an honor for a first year girl to attain. Miss Flentye is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter F. Flentye of 919 Central avenue. Miss Marjorie Smythe, 43 Kenilworth avenue, will entertain twentyfour guests at luncheon and bridge tomorrow afternoon at the Club Vista del Lago. -oMr. and Mrs. George B. LIFE 19 Plan Junior Class Play to Get Fund for Senior "Prom" Announcement was made this week of the cast for "The Rise of Silas Lapham," junior class play at New Trier High school, to be presented in the school auditorium Saturday night, March 2. Practically all the members of the cast are juniors, and the proceeds of the play will be used to help defray the expenses of the senior prom, an annual event given by the juniors for the senior class.
