Joseph Joycea Recovering From Siege of Misfortune Friends of the J o 3eph J oyces, 703 Greenwood avenue, will be :pleased to learn that Mr. Joyce who has been in the Sacred Heart Sanitarium in Milwaukee for the · past three weeks is now on the road to recovery. He had gone there for treatment for neuritis. The necessary removal of his tonsils was followed , by complications, which caused his long illness. Mrs. Joyce, who was injured on May 4 when a speeding motorist in Evanston crashed into her car, is being treated for her injuries. Miss Ruth Joyce spent the past ten days with her parents at the sanitarium, and has now resumed her studies at Marywood school in Evanston. .. i 1 FLAGS FLAGS '1' ! 1 Mergenthaler& Ente·r tain Out-of-town Relatives Mr. and Mrs. N. ]. Ortel, also of Cleveland, have been visiting them. Mr. and ~lrs. \V. Berrymen of Cleveland left la t week after spending ten days with the Mergenthalers. Mrs. Alice Haberkorn of Chicago, a cousin of l\Ir. Mergenthaler was their guest for several days. Mr. and Mrs. Mergenthaler entertained at a dinner party on \Vednesday evening of last week in honor of their guests.
