February 7, 1930 WILMETTE LIFE Paul H einsen Joins Bills·Realty Staff at North Shore Off~ce Paul Heinsen, for a decade a leading real estate broker of the north shore, joined forces with Bills Realty, Inc., on Februay 1, and moved his offices to 1649 Sheridan road~ in "No Man's Land." Mr. Heinsen is regarded by real estate men as one of the hest informed brokers ·on the .north shore, particularly ahout property in the towns of Kenilworth and Winnetka. His lists of vacant property for sale in these towns are considered as complete as 1t is humanly possible to make them. "In my years of north shore real estate brokerage," said Mr. Heinsen, "I have watched the trend and discovered that modern real estate service demands size both in number of ncrsonnet and. in financial strength of the organization rendering such service. As in most every other branch, the oneman business has serious ·limitations. Departmentalization and specializati::m -rent, in.:;urance, selling, investments, finances, management-these are the order of ·today and these characteristics must be possessed by the successful real estate organization. These qualities Bills Realty, Inc., certainly possess having forged, as it has, in the past few years to a front rank position." According to C. E. Drayer, vice-: presid.ent in charge of the north shore area for Bills Realty, Inc., Mr. Reinsen rounds out the personnel of the Sheridan road office enabling his company to man all of the north sh,)re from Wilmette to Highland Park so thoroughly that both buyer and se!ler of property may be competently served.
