The special meeting of the Board of Trustees to consider the Electric road ordinance was held Tuesday evening. W. C. Whitney and Mr. Robert Ferguson. a practical engi- neer. represented the road. The ordinance was read by Mia Smoot who at the same time explained some of the prufi‘siuns. and inserted such items as were suggested by different members of the board.
