The incorporators are given as: Mary A. Thompson. Dr. H. T. Nesbitt and Attorney C. T. Heydecker. At the time the purpose of the organiza tion was not known. but inqmry of the incorporators brings out the fact that the purpose of the association is to gather funds with the prosp‘ ct of build‘ in; a hall or home for the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs. Subecriptions are to be levied from the members eacn year and in other ways money is to be turned into the building fund. so that as .soon as sufficient money has been raised it will be possible to proceed with the construcv tion of the building. There is still an- other reason why it is desired to incor- porate the association at once._ it has been learned that the association is to acquire a certain piece of property through bequest and when the time comes this can be turned over to the heads of the association who W1” see that it is cared for until the time {or putting up the building arrives Sub- scriptions from members of the local lodge as well as other places in the county will be solicited.
