While the cabinet is not yet organized to cover all troops, the effectiveness of Scoutmaster Roundâ€"Table Discussion . The scoutmaster‘s is the most imâ€" portant job in scouting. Any note of praise that I might sound in behalf of the fine work of devoted scoutâ€" masters and assistants of the North Shore would fall far short of the genâ€" uine commendation they so richly deâ€" serve.
