There are no bath houses on this beach at this time but a drinking fountain has been provided and a guard is constantly in attendanee and will give swimming instructions to those who desire them and part cf the time a lady attendant will instruct the girls in swimming if they so desire it. This beach is in exâ€" cellent ‘condition, in fact it is the best beach in Highland Park. * ~ It is regrettable that the parking can not be done at the beach but owâ€" ing to the amount of work now being â€"earried . on the materials for which ‘are scattered about and occupy the space which otherwise would be available for such parking but in time this will, of course, be removed. While there were not as many on the beach on Sunday last, the attendance was quite satisfactory. The children from the Sunset Playground are taken to this beach on Tuesday and Friday and are in charge of an attendant on this occasion. Likewise the children from. the Ravinia Playground are taken to the Ravinia Beach on Monâ€" day and Wednesday and are in the care of an instructor who will give them lessons in swimming if they reâ€" quire them.. Mr. Cox who proved so popular: and satisfactory last year will again be at Ravinia this season.
