He is planning first to comâ€" plete the organization of troops in ~Mr.: ~Wm.~Ewartâ€"Cook, 930 Senaca road, Wilmette, ~whoâ€" for â€" several years has been scoutmaster of Troop Troop 77 â€"of Mundelein has a change in scoutmastership bringing Mr. Russell Towner to this position.
