In order to introduce their work to the public, the Junior Drama Work. shop of Ravinia has decided to pre- sent two original one-act plays at the Village house, on Tuesday, Dec. 2. It is the feeling of the entire group that a genuinely interested and critical audience at this presentation will aid in backing a three-act which they plan to put on after the first of the year, in a more formal manner. The Junior Workshop has held weekly meetings for the past month, with more interested young people at- tending each time. The membership includes students from the University of Chicago. the University of Michi- gan. Northwestern. Principia college at St. Louis, and the Evanston Acad- emy of Fine Arts, and represents amateur theatrical experience from these institutions. Several of the group studied under Zoe Comer (Mrs. Theodore Clank) when they attended peerfiohl-shieldsi high school. and were prominent in the plays she di- rected. both in acting and assisting with the productions.
