Christmas Plum Pulling 2 cups fins soft bread crumbs 1% cups fiour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon bolting powder 1 teaspoon cinnsmon s' 1 teaspoon nutmeg T V; teaspoon cloves 1 cup raisins cut or chopped 1 cup currents . 1 cup nut mests chopped Me 2 eggs 1 cup dork molasses 1 teaspoon soda 1 cup cold water Sift flour, salt, baking powder and spices into the bread crumbs which have been grated or put through s sieve, add rsisins, currents Ind nuts and mix well together. Best eggs, dissolve sodo in water and odd with molasses to the dry mixture. _ _ % cup butter 1% cups powdered Inger 2 tablespoons boiling water 96 teaspoon v-nllln _ 1 or 2 egg whites. Cream butter, add - gndullly Ind cream well, adding the boiling water a very little at I. time And beat. ing until smooth. Add vanilla and stiffly beaten whites. Serve very cold with the hot pudding.
