Better Films Committee Review It is to be greatly regretted that after the enthusiastic endorsement and recommendation of the "Silent Enemy" which was to be shown last Saturday, the picture had to be with- iimwn, and the, news came too late to affect this column. The pageant this year consists of a series of Christmas tuhlenux prepared by Anna R. Kennedy from "Bible Plays out of the East." Miss Ken- nedy wrote these plays out of her experience in the Nenr East and they were first played by groups of Near East boys and-girls. The music will consist of an A Cap- pella chair directed by Mr. Walter S. Armbruster of Lake Forest college and the church quartet. directed by Mrs. Belle Forbes Cutter. Miss Ann Gordon will play the organ. Committees at Work Mrs, Edna Miller is directing the pageant and she has been most ac- tive in pageantry and dramatics here and elsewhere.
