Roulf, president of the Vocational Institute of Chicago, was the principal speaker at the regular weekly luncheon session of the Highâ€" land Park Rotary Club, held Monday noon in the Moraine hotel. _ He gave an interesting explanation of the work of his institution, 'how;}b'y how young people were aided ther in the seâ€" lection of vocations for which they were especially fitted. His talk was heard with interest and appreciation by the large number of members presâ€" ent. Dr. Roulf was introduced by |\Dr. Donald E.
