L. L. Emmerson to take care of the distribution of $18,700,000 provided for immediate relief of unemployed and destitute persons, was cleared up today in an opinion by Attorney General Oscar Carlstrom. 4 A committee from the Lake County Building Trades council has indicated that it would appear before the board of supervisors mt the quarterly session, to start March the gasoline tax allocation to the eounty for poor relief. e The use of the gas tax refund can be used for relief purposes in the manner explained by Carlstrom to E. L.
