For a number of years the evangelical seminary has been assigning members of its graduatâ€" ing class to the various evangelical churches© in and about Chicago, for their practical work. These young men are expected to spend two days of each week on the field to which they have been assigned, and the local pastor is asked to give them a variety of experiences in pastoral activities and organized church work. .
