Zangs and Mr. Simpson. The architect for Mr. Latta‘s home is Clare Hinkâ€" ley of Glencoe and William C. Tackâ€" ett is the builder of the Zangs and Simpson houses, all costing from $15,000 to $16,000. Miss rence White of Evanston purchased & lot last fall on Oxford road, north jof Margate terrace, and will plan, erection of her new home upon her return from Caliâ€" fornia, where she spent the winter. A Wilmette family will move here to Brierwoods when their home is completed for fall occupancy.~ In neighboring Landis Subdivision a home costing $15,000 or better will be erected for Robert Ramsay. The support of the community is requested in helping to make the anâ€" nual Deerfleld Volunteer Fire Deâ€" partment benefit dance a success on Saturday evening in the Grammar school gymnasium. Services were held on Monday and burial was in Iowa. Surviving are his widow, two sons and two daughters. Mr. Willman, whose boyhood home was in Deerfield was the last memâ€" ber of his family to ‘pass on. He was a brother of E. H. Willman and John Willman, who preeded him in death a number of years ago. Mr. Willman‘s interest in Deerfleld was shown in the fact that although he had gone from here many years ago, he subscribed to the Press to keep in touch with local happenings.
