PAGE TWO DOROTHY FEDDERSON MARRIES Dorothy Jean Fedderson became the bride of; Robert Ellsworth ‘Thompson on Monday evening, the second of August, at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Fedderson, of 608 Delta road. It was a simple candlelight ceremony, read by the Reverend Thomas Rogâ€" ers, assistant rector of the Church Of the Holy Spirit, Lake Forest. Miss Carolyn Coe of Springfield, I1!., played the Lohengrin wedding march and the Misses Mary and Jane Thompson of‘Long Beach, Caliâ€" fornia, sisters of the groom, acted as bridesmaids.â€" They wore quaint gowns of pastel organdie and carâ€" ried oldâ€"fashioned bouquets. The service was read at four o‘clock by Monseigneur Primeau of Our Lady of Grace church in Chicago to the strains of the Cree String quartette. Mr. Kennenburg and his bride left Saturday evening for San Diego, Calif., where they will visit his parâ€" ents. Upon their return they will reside in Evanston. The floral decorations which were done by. Fritz Bahr, florist, deserve especial mention. Tall vases filled with Picardy Gladioli and connected with garlands. of Oregon Bioto green, formed an aisle leading up to an arch of soft greens and white lilies, where the marriage vows were exchanged. Bowls and baskets filled with lilies, roses, summer lilaes, larkspur and swainsonia were used in the interior of the residence. Wilder, Mrs. Frank Holland, and Mrs. Donald Robertson, gowned in melon colored organdy and dusty blue organdy carried arm bouquets of Talisman roses and Bella Donna delphiniums. The maid of honor, Mrs. Ella Graff, a sistéer of the groom, acting as matron ‘of honor, wore a melon colored chiffon frock and carried Johanna Hill roses and light blue delphiniums. The best man was the bride‘s brother, Clarence James Bassler, Jt., while the ushers were Messrs. Donâ€" ald Robertson, Norman Higby, Frank Holland, Francis Cimral, and Kenneth Wessling.
