Momberg Pleads Not Guilty to Manslaughter Charge THRURSDAY, DECEMBER 16, 1937 Harry Momberg, 26, of Rockford, pleaded not guilty to two manâ€" slaughter charges in cireuit court Monday just a few minutes after two suits for $10,000 each were started against him by the First National Bank of Waukegan, as adâ€" ministrator of the estates of Arâ€" thur Orsi and his wife, Lucilie, who were fatally injured in an automoâ€" Ralph J. Dady, Momberg entered a plea of not guilty to the two inâ€" dictments charging him with manâ€" slaughter for the death of Orsi and his wife. He was represented by Attorney Frank Daly.. Unable to post bail, he was remanded to the county jail pending trial In the civil suits filed by the adâ€" ministrator through Attorney J. A.
