Large projects of the ‘ students that have attracted the attention of visitors to the high schools are the murals in the study halls and eorridors. Bingo will be played, refreshments served, and there will be door prizes. Installation is now being made of a R.C.A. public address system at Barat college at Lake Forest. A case containing microphone, radio and phonograph is stationed in the office of the dean. By means of the microphone, announcements may be made from the office to all or any of the classrooms. â€"Recitations or lectures given over the radio may be heard by the students. It is exâ€" pected that the foreign language classes will benefit through study of ‘the foreign programs, coming in over the: short wave. Uses of the system are, of course, manifold. Posters are made by the students for numerous school attractions and community events. For several years the students ‘have participated in the American Legion contests.. _ â€" The classes, which are taught by Lucille Wood, include students from all four years of the high school. _A good time is promised everyone by Mr. F.
