B. Nash will assist Mrs. W. J. Hesler, the manager, with the formal opening. This new building at 40â€"44 Green Bay road, Winnetka, has been deâ€" signed by Edward Ovet Blake, a wellâ€"known architect of Evanston, for John B. Nash. This building of English architecture, constructed of lannon stone and brick, is the first new building to be erected on Green Bay road between Kenilworth and the Indian Hill station. In the planâ€" ning and construction of this buildâ€" ing the thought has been uppermost in the minds of the architect and owner to give this neighborhood a building in keeping with the rest of the locality, and for this reason, no effort has been spared to make it strictly upâ€"toâ€"date. It is the hope of Mr. Nash that this building will be the beginning of the business development of this section of Winnetka. The new office and fur nonn" vault of Vogue Cleaners will occupy the north store of the building at 44 Green Bay road. The felture; of the new storage vault is its meâ€" chanical refrigeration where furs and fur trimmed garments are stored at a temperature of 20 deâ€" grees above zero, when the outside temperature will be 80 to 90 deâ€" grees. This vault is equipped with a Diebold Lock and Safe company time door.
