Music lovers of the Lake Forest area are expected to flock to the Wauâ€" kegan High school gym the night of January 30 to hear Fray and Bragâ€" giotti, assisted by Rubinoff and his violin, in public concert. Mario Bragâ€" giotti is well known in Lake Forest through his marriage to Mary Melville "Baby" Clow. The concert, which will benefit underâ€"privileged children of Waukegan, is to be held under the joint sponsorship of the Waukegan Exchange club and the American Business club. Lauded as "the world‘s most brilliant piano duo," Fray and Braggiotti exhibit a brilliance and versatility in their presentation of selections from their vast repertoire. Their programs range from strict interpretations of the classics to "take offs," which they were the first to introduce, in the spirit of clean cut music caricatures of many of the famous writers. Their clever variaâ€" tions in the styles of Stokowski ,Sousa and Xavier Cugat, particularly Their "takeâ€"offs" are not ridicules, but are & spirit of fun. Braggiotti has said, "After an a the world that he is truly an artist, it is legitimi as a speaker, making a vital address in a political serious message with a parting quip. We are livi kowski is interviewed by Jimmy Durante, Iturbi Bob Burns, Bazooka King, and Paderewski plays for a couple on a balcony." Hoffman; first vice| president, Mrs. A. J. Johnson; seeâ€" ond. vice president, Albert Easton; They play no music for two pianos, but their own exclusive arrangeâ€" ments from an orchestral score. They have delighted audiences with their "takeâ€"offs" and caricatures of other musicians, of well known orchestras, of people in every day life, the debuâ€" tante at a ball, the politician on the platform and musical ‘portraits‘ of prominent persons.
