Now everything is sent to London for charity among the many thousands of refugee chilâ€" dren from France and all other naâ€" tions. Miss Irene A. Rockenbach, town clerk, announces that because of the increased : population, according to the latest census in West Deerfleld township,.that the number of justices of the peace and constables will be three instead of two at the coming election on April first. Each townâ€" ship is allowed two justices and two constablesâ€"andâ€"afterâ€"the poputation advances fromâ€"2,000 to 3,000, anâ€" less than two of each, nor more than five of each.
