The Presbyterian church‘ was the scene of the wedding of Miss ~Carol Marie Jones, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Jones of 510 N. Linden avenue, and Joseph S. Hoover, son of Mrs. Daniel P. The veil she wore was full length. Her bouquet was of stephanotis and white orchids. Mrs. Kenneth M. Jones (Elizaâ€" beth Ann Johnson) of Brookfield was matron of honor for her sisâ€" terâ€"inâ€"law and the Misses Mary Lambert of Montclair, New Jerâ€" sey and Margaret O‘Rourke of New York City and Mrs, William M. Jones (Elizabeth Wampler) of Cleveland were bridesmaids. Their identical gowns were of currant colored faille. The headdresses of all the attendants were low corâ€" onets of the same shade as their dresses, trimmed with matching ostrich tips, Their old fashioned bouquets of garnet sweetheart roses and shaded white carnations were also the same. Linda and Molly Fay, daughâ€" ters of the William E. Fays of Glencoe acted as flower girls. They are nieces of the bridegroom. Their dresses were of ciel blue and their small bouquets of garnet roses. Thomas E Hoover of New York served his brother as best man and the ushers were D. Philip Hoover, another brother; Kenneth M. The bride is a graduate of Wellesley and Mr. Hoover is a graduate of Dartmouth and Babâ€" son Institute of Business, Following a reception at the Exâ€" moor Country club, Mr. Hoover and his bride ieft for a two weeks‘ wedding trip to Bermuda. Jacob Pfister, was pastor for almost twentyâ€"five years. The Rev. Gerhardt Grauer heard the exchange of nuptial vows. The bride is the daughter of the Euâ€" gene Pfisters of Rosebrae, Munâ€" delein, formerly of Highland Park, and the bridegroom is the son of Â¥r. and Mrs. Biclenberg of Elgin. The honor attendants ven‘ cousins of the bride, Mrs. Williany Koch (Shirley Pfister) and Miss Marjorie Pfister. Mrs. Koch wore an offâ€"theâ€"shoulder dress of yelâ€" low taffeta and carried a bouquet of yellow roses with touches of bittersweet. Miss Pfister was simâ€" ilarly gowned in ambersThe bouâ€" quet she carried was the reverse of that of the matron of honor, with bittersweet predominating and a few yellow roses. The bridesmaids, Miss Pauline Wilson, also a cousin of the bride, and Mrs. Harold F. Pfister, Jr. were in burnt orange gowns. Their bouquets were like that of the maid of honor. The attendants all wore touches of bittersweet on the coronet effect headdresses which matched their gowns. Their accessories were gold. Jennifer and Merrilee Pfister, daughters of the junior Harold Pfisters, were the flower girls. They were dressed in yellow tafâ€" feta made with Peter Pan collars, puff. sleeves and trimmed with net. The colonial bouquets they carried were of yellow roses. Billy Siers, cousin of the bridegroom, served as ring bearer. His grey flannel cardigan suit was comâ€" plemented by a yellow tie. Best man was William Koch and the (ushers were Douglas and James Bielenberg, brothers of the bridegroom, and H.â€"F. Pfister, Jr. The bride‘s mother wore a cocoa lace dress made with full skirt, long sleeves and high neckline. The tiny lace headpiece she wore was trimmed with brown feathers. Her corsage was of green orchids. The bridegroom‘s mother was in soft green.with matching feathers in her hair. The orchids in her corâ€" sage were brown. Each wore gold accessories, The bride‘s two grandâ€" mothers and the bridegroom‘s maâ€" ternal grandmother were also present. A reception at the Union League club, Chicago, followed the ceremony. The young couple is now on a two weeks‘ honeymoon trip <in the Smoky Mountains. They plan to visit in Asheville, North Carolina with the Kochs beâ€" fore they return to Rosebrac where they will reside _ Dr. and Mrs. Albert J. Bushey of 632 Carol court and Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Commander and Mrs. Robert Lytle and children, Sue, Jimmy, Bobbie, and Linda, They were enroute to Polk, Nebraska, their home town, from Norfolk, Virginia, where Commander Lytle is presently staâ€" tioned, for a few weeks‘ vacation. JOHN HEATH TAKES A BRIDE On Saturday, October 9, Miss Jill Taylor, daughter of Mr. and Mrs: John Leveridge Taylor of Glencoe, and John Lee Heath, son of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Wendell Heath of 503 S. St. Johns avenue, were united in marriage in St. Elisabeth‘s church, Glencoe, at 4:30 o‘clock in the afternoon. The Rev. Mr. Miller is with the Calvert Distillors, and has recently been transferred to Louisville, Kentucky. They will be leaving before they were able to become acquainted with our city. Smart, recently of Lake Forest, where they resided only a short time. Mrs. Smart is originally of Bronxville, New York, and he is from Winnetka. They were marâ€" ried last December, Mr. Smart is with Sears, Roebuck and company. Formerly of Westminster, Masâ€" sachusetts, where he had been practicing are Dr. and Mrs. R. Z.
