The Navy is making an allâ€"out drive this year. | ms h a f A new group is being organized at the Highland Park Community Center for older men and women, to meet on Friday mornings at 10:00 o‘clock in the Community Center, 549 Central Avenue. The first meeting will be held this Friday, January 28th. There will be an instructor to assist with the organization, and many activities will be offered. All of the facilities and equipment of the Community Center will be available so that members of the group may pursue their hobbies or try their hands at a new one. The facilities at the Center include a Craft Shop with many power and hand tools, a well equipped Dark Room for those inâ€" terested in photography, a Music Room for those who enjoy singing or playing the piano, and a Game Room where one can spend a pleasant hour in a game of checkâ€" ers, cards or chess.
