Smith College Club Howâ€"Toâ€"Doâ€"It Books For Home Repairs A good basic guide, of course, is Highland Parker Walter Durbahn‘s Fundamentals of Carpentry Volâ€" umes 1 and II. Specific problems which are not covered in any of these books m@zy have at some time been the subject of a magaâ€" zine Article, in which case the library assistants will be glad to help in finding the periodical refâ€" erence. It deals with a theme not limiâ€" ted by ‘race or nation, the heartâ€" warming story of how one man found God when his neighbors put Christianity into practice. Han‘s story is universal. In fact his very name in Chinese means ‘Everyâ€" man.‘ It is a story true to life, wherever _ that _ life has â€" been touched by the hand of Christ," Mrs, Smith further stated. The public is invited and reâ€" freshments will be served. â€"Ernestine Gilbreth Carey, authâ€" or of the current best seller, ‘"Cheaper by the Dozen", was the guest,. of honor at the annual meeting of the North Shore Smith College Club on Wednesday, April Now that spring is well enâ€" trenched, the time has come to tackle those little construction jobs around the house.
