WEFK JANET MORRISSEY, A BRIDE A very pretty wedding took place at the Immaculate Concepâ€" tion church on Saturday, May 21, at 3:30 o‘clock in the afternoon when Miss Janet Elizabeth Morriâ€" ssey, daughter of the Edward Henry Morrisseys of 903 S. Green Bay road became the bride of Elâ€" roy F. Langill, son of the Elroy Langills of 436 Lincoin avenue. Page 4 The Rt. Rev. Magr. Joseph P. Morrison heard the exchange of nuptial vows before an altar bankâ€" ed with bouquets of white peonies and iris. The bride‘s father gave her in marriage. The bride was lovely in an "off the shoulder" ivory satin gown trimmed with heirloom lace and made with a long train. The gown buttoned down the back and the sleeves were long and pointed at the wrist. Her bouget was of lilies of the valley and gardenias. Matron of honor was Mrs. Thomas J. Ayiward of St. Charles, Illinois, sister of the bride, and and Mrs Charles Rietz. Mrs. Ay!â€" ward‘s gown mo{F‘-n of coâ€" com color, while the bridesmaids‘ gowns, made like hers, were of champaign color. The bouquets they carried were of ivy and variâ€" gated shades of carnations and roses blending with their dresses. Warren Beem of Chicago served the bridegroom as best man and Edward Morrissey, Jr., brother of the bride, William Richard Morrish of Chicago and Charles Rietz of Highland Park, ushered. Norma Jane Langill, sister of the bridegroom, Miss Carolyn Conley The bride‘s mother chose a grey gown and matching hat for her daughter‘s wedding. The brideâ€" groom‘s mother was in mauve. Her hat was trimmed with matching rosebuds and leaves, Their corâ€" sages were of orchids. FRED ROSCHER TAKES A BRIDE The bride wore a peach colored gown complemented by white roseâ€" buds and small white flowers in her hair. She was attended by Miss Lila Manzke as maid of honor. A corsage of red and white roses was pinned at the shoulder of they grey suit she wore. A reception was held at the Exâ€" moor Country Club immediately after the wedding. Mr. and Mrs. Russell P. Kelley, Jr. (Jennifer Turner) are visiting their parents, Mrs. James A. Following a two weeks‘ wedding trip to the Cascades, Virginia, Mr. Langill and his bride will reside in Lincoln Park West, Chicago. Mrs. Edwin M. Hadley, Jr. of 629 Kimball road will leave on June 1 for Columbus, Ohio, for a visit with friends.
