TUCKER * Secretary Funeral services were held in Chicago on Monday for Mrs. Minâ€" nic Smith, for 40 years a resident of Highland Park, who was taken by death at the home of her Smith _ Born in Germany, he had been « resident of this country for over 25 years, and had lived in Chiâ€" cago prior to coming to Highland Park. He is survived by his widow, Helen, Funeral rites wereâ€" held this week in Chicago for Richard Feldâ€" man, who died suddenly in the home of Banjamin Lazard, 1610 N. Linden st., wher he and his wife had been .employed for the past 13 years. He was 60 years of Mrs. Bess, who was the widow of Peter Bess, was born on May 7, 1863 in Long Grove, HL. She lived in Highwood mosz of her life. She is survived by two daughâ€" ters, Mrs. Emma Breakwell and Mrs. Edna Watkins; oneâ€"son, Arâ€" thur, and several grandchildren. Two daughters, Mrs, Clara Cranâ€" dall and Mrs. Lillie Chelson, and a son, Clarence, preceded her in death. Funeral services were held on Monday, May 28, at the Kelleyâ€" Spalding chapel, 27 N. Sheridan road, for Mrs. Mary Bess, 88, of 127 Prairie ave., Highwood. Mrs. Bess passed away on Saturday, May 26. The Rev. Robert Albertâ€" son and the Rev.
