Tlie papas and mammas, as well as the relatives of tlie new coiners are con gratulated heartily. The Nunda Herald says a druggist down there gave a young fellow some vaccine points for toothpicks, and then draws a (iistrcsslng picture «l tlie con sequences that might have ensued had not the mistake been discovered. Says Ira: "The person receiving them might have became vaccinated in the ! mouth, and then In kissing his "best" gill have vac ciliated her lips; then the • fair creature would likely have met the pastor's brotherly salutation, whence the wild riot of vaccinated lips would have spread throughout the fair sisters--on, on! ever attacking fresh aud ruddy lips. Content| lation of the fell disaster beoomes terrible." It is evident the Herald m*u liani't been liv'ng along in this world without keep- iug his »yes open, aud we judge be must belong to a church choir, or a* least be a regular atteudant on church sociables, or else how the deuce did he know what might have happened from that young fellow's primary vaccina tion lit the mouth? Ira has uncon sciously evolved a "big thing." and for fear lie don't see it yet, we hast^i* to inform hint so ho can get it patented. You've struck tlie greatest sanitary dodge of the eeitfury! Just see the trouble we've had in this state during the past two or three years to get peo pie vaccinated! The expense too! Half a dollar an arm! But, what the >;rat«'ful world will hereafter know as "Mallory's Vaccine Plan." obviates all .lifflcultiefr. State aud local boards ot health will snatch at It!. Chicago has paid out thousands of dollars for vaccine points and giv»ti free vaccina tion to all coiners, when by the Mallory plan, the whole expense might have •hren covered bv*a few paltry cmts! It might he a little hard on *be miiiisr»r* but they would do tlie work cheerfully, and liieu. you know, it would be mak ing them really useful iu a new way 1 HM'flh "ILII2ARI{'A Tlie Gesley steel or wood beam walk ing Plow on hand and for sale by R.
