That pursuant to the provisions of an Act entitled: "An Act to authorize cities, villages ahd incorporated towns having a population of 300,000 or less to issue bonds for the payment of miscellaneous claims," adopted in 1935 by the 59th General Assembly of the State of Illinois, and the resolution of this governing body described .in the preamble of this ordinance, this municipality is authorized to issue its funding bonds in the amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) for the purpose of paying said claims, which said claims are valid obligations oi this muncipality. SECTION 2. That there be borrowed by and for and on behalf of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) for the pur-, pose of funding the miscellaneous claims identified above, which said claims constitute valid and legally binding obligations of this municipality.
