Last Wednesday the Lily Lake Ladies League held its annual election of officers. The newly elected officers were: Mrs. Nielsen, president; Mrs. C. O. Hyatt, vice-president; Mrs. Wagner was re-elected as treasurer, and Mrs. Lou Bitterman, secretary. At this meeting the ladies also voted on having a raft built for the lake, the work on which, has already begun. Still another item attended to this night was their yearly dinner. All paid ap members are requested to hand their reservations in to Mrs. Einspar, who is chairman of this event. Friday evening saw the P. T. A. meeting at the school house once again. Plans were discussed concerning a beach party which this dub is sponsoring on the seventeenth of August. This is to be held on the highway beach during the afternoon and the evening. Mrs. C. O. Hyatt is the chsirman for this event and her co-workers are Mrs. Bransford, Mrs. Yeager, Josephine Dosh and Mrs. Swanson.
