There is the story of the lady in the county, who got a letter from an organisation asking her to attend. She did, or tried to. The supervisor hastily planned a meeting for that night and asked her to attend. • Whose fault is such a happening? Certainly not the supervisor's^ If a crowd attended the annual town meeting each year, 1m sure the supervisor would have chairs for all and a nice meeting place all set with a good program for them. That is just human nature. Do>, you get all dressed up and go sit in the parlor every afternoon when you know from experience that no one is going to call? When a supervisor gets all ready for a crowd at the annual town meeting and no one comes what happens ? He thinks no one cares how he runs the township so hell run it as he pleases. And ne does.
