Those applicants who qualify as naval aviation cadets receive eighteen months of intensive flight training at the famed Pensacol% naval air station; after which they receive their wings of gold and a commission in the naval reserve or marine corps reserve. Their fleet duty of the navy's carrier divisions or duty with patrol squadrons. Chicago, 111. ! , FATAL FALL Janet Joy Hartmann, 3, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hartmann, rural route 1, Maple Park, was fatally injured at 6:45 last week Wednesday night when she fell from her parents' automobile on Irving Park boulevard road, four miles east of Elgin. Janet died in an ambulance as it neared St. Joseph's hospital despite medical aid administered in an attempt to save, her life. The child suffered a skull fracture and her left arm was cut almost off at the shoulder.
