Roberts. 51, of Wheaton, who suffered a skull fracture Monday morning of last week when he fell from his motor scooter on the Carpentersville- Huntlev blacktop road, died at "10:15 Tuesday in St. Jpseph's hosiptal. Elgin. Roberts never regaiued consciousness and the cause of his fall probably never will be- known. The culprits still were not apprehended several days later although authorities were called to the scene. Doora were bashed in, windowa broken, desks overturned and some broken.. The stove was wrecked and pictures on the wall smashed. The extensive damage necessitated an enforced vacation for a few days until repairs could be made.
